Job Description
Vire HR Solutions is recruiting an Area Sales Manager – Automotive for Rolin Technology. Based in Islamabad (field role with frequent travel), this full-time position drives dealer development and sales of electric bikes across assigned territories. Responsibilities include onboarding and managing dealers, conducting product demos and training sessions, performing market and competitor analysis, and meeting sales targets through strategic planning. Candidates should have 2–4 years of sales experience (automotive or e-bike preferred), proven dealer network development skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and willingness to travel frequently to other cities. Compensation: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month. In-person attendance required.
