Job Description
Partners In Development seeks a Traffic Engineer to conduct 12- and 24-hour counts on national highways and motorways across Pakistan. Requires B.Sc. Civil Engineering (3+ years) or DAE Civil (5+ years). Duties: manual/video data collection, traffic analysis, report writing, and team coordination. Must have field survey experience, Excel/Word proficiency, strong numerical/analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork, and willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide. Full-time, contract; in-person with frequent prolonged travel on NHA roads.
