Job Description
We are hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide clients through the home lending process, evaluate loan applications, advise on mortgage products, and ensure compliance. Key responsibilities: originate and process residential mortgage loans, build relationships with real estate agents and clients, assess creditworthiness, gather documentation, and close loans accurately and timely. Requirements: 2+ years in mortgage lending or banking, strong communication, knowledge of underwriting and loan programs, valid state license where required, and customer-focused attitude.
