Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Inbound Telesales Executive to handle high-volume inbound calls, convert leads into sales, and coach junior telesales staff. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of inbound telesales experience, a strong track record of closing deals, excellent communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and leadership ability.
