Job Description
Fortune Tech in Karachi seeks a friendly, reliable Customer Support Representative (Full-time). Pay Rs25,00–45,00/month. You will handle phone, email, and chat; resolve issues; document interactions; assist with orders, returns, and basic technical support; and escalate complex cases. Requirements: intermediate education or graduate, strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and basic computer/CRM familiarity. Benefits: competitive pay, growth opportunities, incentives, USA holidays, weekends off. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6pm–3am. In-person at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 3 (near Disco Bakery).
