Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks an experienced, customer-focused Travel Consultant. Must have 1+ year travel industry experience, strong verbal/written communication, customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, and organization. Responsibilities: consult clients on preferences and budgets; design custom itineraries; book flights, hotels, cars, tours, and insurance; advise on visas and documents; manage changes and cancellations; resolve concerns. Full-time, in-person role focused on long-term client relationships and staying current with industry trends.
