Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate Advisory to support deal execution, client relationships, and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic corporate projects.
Responsibilities include preparing financial models and valuations, producing pitchbooks and due diligence materials, coordinating transactions with stakeholders, and supervising junior analysts to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements: 3–5 years in investment banking or corporate finance, advanced Excel and valuation skills, excellent communication, bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, and ability to thrive under pressure.
