Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring a Customer Care Executive in Karachi to support a leading telecom company’s banking helpline. This full-time, in-person role pays Rs37,00–45,00/month with performance-based incentives. Key responsibilities include answering customer calls professionally, resolving queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, and updating account records. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months’ experience in banking customer service (CSR). Candidates with experience on Easypaisa/JazzCash campaigns are preferred. We seek candidates with strong communication skills, accuracy, and a customer-focused attitude.
