Job Description
H-Verse is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will manage high-volume inbound calls, generate sales leads, identify and assess customer needs, and build trust through open, interactive communication. Provide accurate information using proper tools, meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas, and resolve complaints with timely solutions and follow-up. Maintain customer records, process accounts, file documents, and adhere to communication procedures and company policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements: Master’s degree preferred; in-person role. Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
