Job Description

Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, seeks a Customer Support Executive to handle 15–20 inbound/outbound calls daily to warm leads, explain services, pricing and shipments, convert leads to bookings, maintain follow-ups and call records, and deliver professional service. Full-time, in person; schedule 7:30 PM–4:30 AM. Stable base salary plus attractive per-booking commissions, no sales targets, and training provided. Requirements: 6–12 months US/UK sales experience, excellent English, strong persuasion/negotiation skills, basic sales/customer service knowledge, and a positive attitude.
