Job Description
Jobizon HR Solutions seeks an experienced female Assistant HR Officer to join our dynamic call center team. You will handle recruitment and onboarding, manage employee grievances, coordinate training and development, maintain records and ensure compliance, and support team leaders with HR queries. Requirements: MBA/MHRM or relevant degree, 1–2 years HR experience (call center a plus), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in English and Urdu. Salary: PKR 25,00–30,00 per month. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
