Job Description

Hire My Tech seeks an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our remote Pakistan team. Working US Central hours (6 PM–3 AM), this full-time role handles scheduling/canceling and recalling patients, answering email and live chat, connecting patients with providers, completing patient files and uploading documents into the EMR, and coordinating with team members to resolve patient concerns. The PSR is the first patient touchpoint, so strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and healthcare call center experience (US/UK) are required. Candidates must understand HIPAA, be fluent in English, and ideally have 2+ years in a US/UK healthcare call center.
