Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring full-time Customer Relations Officers for a domestic inbound call project. Monthly pay PKR 37,00–42,00 plus performance-based incentives. Candidates must have a minimum of 14 years of education (Bachelor’s), 6–12 months’ work experience, strong verbal English or Urdu, and basic digital tool familiarity; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage. Work schedule: six days a week with rotational 8-hour shifts. Location: Plot 349-352, 1st Floor, Street 5, I-9/3, Islamabad.
