Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations. Responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Lead and mentor the HR team, partner with leadership to drive culture and change, and implement scalable HR policies and systems. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 in leadership, strong communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
