Job Description
Codexcel Inc, a growing digital marketing agency in Mailsi, seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate leads via outbound cold calls (local & international), qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate call records. Strong English and Urdu communication, persuasive phone skills, goal orientation, basic digital marketing knowledge (training provided), and ability to meet targets are required. Degree preferred; cold-calling or telesales experience is a plus. This on-site role offers fixed salary + commission, performance incentives, training, and growth opportunities.
