Job Description
We seek a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for the night shift to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat. You will log interactions, follow procedures, and escalate when needed. Ideal candidate has excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to work independently between 10 PM and 6 AM.
