Job Description

Provide fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts for our STR project. Assist guests with account and admin issues, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent, error-free writing, good typing speed, quick system learning, and shift flexibility; 1 year CSR preferred. Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month; paid training, annual raises/bonuses, fuel allowance, paid leave. Immediate hiring.
