Job Description
Variant Architecture is seeking a Sr Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our buildings. The ideal candidate will coordinate repairs, manage relationships with residents, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, inspecting building systems, negotiating with contractors, and addressing resident concerns.
Requirements include 3 years of experience in hotel or building management, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Candidates with hospitality or electrical industry backgrounds are preferred.
