Job Description
Trans Global Services seeks an on-site International Customer Support Representative for night shifts. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats; resolve inquiries and complaints; log interactions in CRM; escalate complex issues; and follow quality standards and scripts. Preferred candidates have 6 months – 2 years in customer support or call center roles, strong spoken and written English, basic computer/CRM skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
