Job Description
Trans Global Services is hiring an onsite Telesales Representative for outbound international campaigns (night shift). Preferred experience 6 months–2 years. Responsibilities include placing outbound calls, explaining services, building rapport, handling objections, converting leads, and logging outcomes in the CRM to meet daily calling and revenue targets. Candidates must have excellent English verbal and listening skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, basic computer literacy, and comfort working night shifts with sales targets.
