Job Description
The Taxi Dispatcher coordinates taxi services by receiving ride requests, assigning drivers, and ensuring timely, efficient transportation. You will monitor driver status and vehicle locations, communicate pick-ups and schedule changes, handle customer inquiries and emergencies, and maintain accurate logs. Required: bachelor or equivalent, strong English communication, multitasking under pressure, basic computer and GPS skills, knowledge of U.S. routes and landmarks, and flexibility for nights/weekends. Experience in dispatch or customer service preferred. Work environment: office/dispatch center, fast-paced; 5 days/week with 3 days remote. Competitive salary based on experience and possible benefits. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore.
