Job Description
Techsol IT is hiring 20 Customer Service Sales Representatives / International Sales Agents in Shahra-e-Faisal. Night shift starts at 12:00 AM. Full-time role with base pay PKR 75,00 + commission (average take-home ~PKR 90,00). You will make outbound cold calls to international clients, pitch IT services, qualify leads, log CRM entries, meet KPIs, handle objections, and close sales. Requirements: fluent English (neutral/near-native), minimum 6 months cold-calling or sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, punctuality, team-oriented, goal-driven, resilient to rejection; CRM experience a plus.
