Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, analyze variances, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and support audits. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 5+ years of progressive finance experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Leadership experience and CPA or similar certification preferred. You will collaborate with department heads to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
