Job Description
Lead the Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA, driving safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations for thermal, renewable, and utility assets. You will set strategy, manage regional P&L, oversee asset performance, capital projects, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams. Required: engineering degree, 10+ years in power generation or utilities with 5+ years in leadership, strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and familiarity with grid codes and environmental regulations. Preferred: experience across multiple EMEA markets and energy transition programs. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, proficiency in asset optimization, and commitment to safety and sustainability.
