Job Description
Abendsoft seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative with excellent written and verbal English to manage customer emails and tickets promptly. You will resolve enquiries on Shopify, keep inboxes low, and respond within 12 working hours. Responsibilities: handle tickets professionally, think critically to retain customers, report complaint patterns, meet daily email targets while maintaining quality, and use Excel and ChatGPT. Requirements: Shopify experience, prior email-based customer support in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work on-site in Lahore (Johar Town) Monday–Friday plus one weekend day, 12pm–9pm. Full-time position.
