Job Description
Progressive Resource seeks an empathetic Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries for a U.S.-based home care client. Guide seniors/families from first contact to signed agreements via calls, email, and digital leads. Qualify leads, explain services, pricing and contracts, close sales, follow up warm prospects, coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM, meet response/conversion/revenue targets, and comply with HIPAA. Qualifications: 1+ year inbound/inside sales or customer service (healthcare preferred), CRM experience, strong communication, HS diploma (BA preferred). Full-time, in person, U.S. business hours.
