At Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, we are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Helper. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs37,100.00, with overtime rates of Rs357 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in production processes
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Support machine operators and senior staff
Requirements:
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Willing to work in shifts
- Previous experience in FMCG (preferred but not mandatory)
Benefits: Attendance allowance of Rs1,00/month for 100% attendance, and food and tea are provided.
