Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant, Operations to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls for operations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, coordinating audits, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, 5+ years of operational accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
