Job Description
Join us as a Customer Service Representative – Night Shift supporting customers overnight via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot account issues, process orders and returns, escalate complex problems, and document interactions in our CRM. Strong English communication, patience, and problem-solving skills are required. Night availability (typically 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and ability to work rotating schedules preferred.
