Job Description
Join AA Digital as a full-time Call Center Sales Agent for U.S. telesales (night shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Monday–Friday) on-site in Model Town Link Road, Lahore. No experience required — paid training and coaching provided. Earn PKR 35,00–45,00 plus performance-based incentives. Responsibilities include making outbound U.S. calls, explaining services in professional English, building rapport, qualifying leads, updating CRM, and meeting targets. Ideal for freshers, students, and motivated entry-level candidates with good spoken English and willingness to work U.S. hours. Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday), a clean professional workspace, and clear paths for career growth to senior and leadership roles.
