Job Description
South Punjab Hospital Multan seeks a proactive Canteen Manager to run daily canteen operations, ensuring hygiene, food quality, timely service to patients, staff, and visitors, and supervising kitchen and service teams. Responsibilities include menu planning with dietitians, inventory and procurement control, waste reduction, budgeting, cash and digital transaction handling, equipment maintenance, record keeping, and addressing feedback. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least one year of food service management experience (preferably in healthcare), strong leadership and organizational skills, and knowledge of food safety and hospital dietary standards. Full-time, on-site position.
