Job Description
Arpatech is hiring a Business Development Representative with 6 months–1 year of outbound sales or cold-calling experience, preferably in international markets. Responsibilities: identify and approach international leads; conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach; qualify prospects and schedule demos; maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements: excellent communication and persuasion skills; proven ability to manage international clients and time zones; self-driven, target-oriented and resilient; familiarity with CRM tools a plus. Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi. Shift: 6 pm–3 am. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
