Job Description
TURBO BRANDS FACTORY seeks a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and scale ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. You’ll create ad creatives and copy, run A/B tests, analyze CPC/CTR/CPA/ROAS, manage pixels and tracking, and segment audiences to maximize ROI. Requirements: proven experience on at least two platforms, strong data orientation, creative testing mindset; eCommerce/fashion experience a plus. Preferred skills: basic graphic editing (Canva), Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, TikTok Pixel, Shopify familiarity. Full-time, in-person role. Competitive performance-based pay Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month, flexible hours, growth opportunities and KPI bonuses.
