Job Description
HRPSP seeks customer-focused Information Desk Receptionists in Islamabad. Manage visitor queues, provide accurate information on services, documents, and counters; handle complaints, coordinate with internal units and external vendors, prepare reports, and propose workflow improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HEC), strong communication, conflict resolution, customer service orientation, professionalism, and well-groomed public-facing presence. Full-time, in person.
