Job Description
We seek a motivated, results-driven Telesales Officer to join The Talent Connect. You will engage prospective clients by phone, promote our services, and convert leads into sales in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 1–2 years telesales/telemarketing experience, strong verbal and persuasion skills, objection-handling ability, CRM and MS Office proficiency, excellent time management, and a goal-oriented attitude. High school diploma required; a bachelor’s in business is a plus. This full-time, in-person role pays Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month.
