Job Description
We are seeking a Market Development Executive based in Multan to drive pharmaceutical sales and territory growth. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm‑D), Business Administration, or related field required. 2+ years’ pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred; fresh graduates considered. Key skills: strong product knowledge, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, self‑driven and resilient, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel. Responsibilities include identifying and converting business opportunities, engaging healthcare professionals, institutions and distributors, executing territory plans, product detailing, account growth, market intelligence reporting, supporting brand activities, and ensuring compliance. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00/month.
