Job Description
AGILE HR seeks a full-time Assistant Sales Manager, Bakery to lead sales within assigned zones. Responsibilities include strong knowledge of bakery products, pricing, and market positioning; weekly competitor and market analysis; achieving sales targets through team coordination and leadership; daily cash audits, expense control, and shrinkage management; analyzing sales data, planning promotions, conducting quality audits; developing weekly activity plans and optimizing resources; performing branch visits, coordinating audits, resolving operational issues; and sharing reports, insights, and recommendations with management. Pay: Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
