Job Description
Spell Engineering seeks a Client Success Representative (B2B) for an on-site night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). You will make outbound calls to US-based contractors, introduce our pre-construction estimation services, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, follow up to ensure conversion, and coordinate with sales and estimation teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged; B2B sales or outbound calling experience preferred. Strong verbal communication, confidence engaging decision-makers, and knowledge of the US construction industry are advantages. Full-time, Fresher role. Pay: Rs45,00–Rs80,00/month. English required.
