Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions, drive talent acquisition, and support employee development. You will design and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage performance reviews, handle employee relations and compliance with labor laws, administer benefits and payroll coordination, and maintain HRIS and reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, has 5+ years of HR management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proven ability to build a positive workplace culture. Experience with HR systems, employment law, and performance management is required.
