Job Description
The MEAL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning for localized emergency response programs. Duties include designing data collection tools, conducting rapid assessments, analyzing outcomes, ensuring community feedback mechanisms, and supporting adaptive programming. The role requires experience in humanitarian MEAL, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, fluency in reporting in English, and familiarity with localization principles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work under pressure, coordinates with field teams and partners, and supports timely evidence-based decisions to improve program quality and accountability.
