Job Description
Faisalabad Realtors seeks an energetic, goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead sales consultants, and drive property sales. Responsibilities include assisting strategy development, supervising and motivating the team, handling client inquiries and presentations, coordinating site visits, managing CRM leads, preparing reports, and supporting events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years sales experience (real estate preferred), strong communication, negotiation, CRM and MS Office skills, local market knowledge, ability to meet targets, willing to travel. Preferred: residential/commercial experience, driving license and vehicle. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month.
