Job Description
Gourmet Foods seeks a Powder Plant Supervisor (Dairy) to oversee evaporator, spray dryer, and packing operations. You will drive production targets, ensure product quality and food safety (GMP, HACCP), monitor process parameters to minimize losses, manage equipment and troubleshooting, and coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams. Candidate should hold a diploma in Dairy, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering and have 6–10 years’ experience in dairy powder plant operations. Full-time, on-site position.
