Job Description
Red Star seeks a Business Development Intern to research projects on Upwork and freelance platforms, craft tailored proposals, support client communications, and coordinate with sales and technical teams on proposals, timelines, and cost estimates. Maintain bid records and assist senior staff with client relationships and pipelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/IT, strong English, basic Upwork/Fiverr knowledge (training provided). Full-time, entry-level, in-person. Salary: Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month plus benefits.
