Job Description
Lead commercial and business development for EPC solar projects across regions. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, develop strategies, secure large-scale contracts, and maintain client relationships. Oversee proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and close deals with utilities, IPPs, and developers. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project delivery to ensure bid-to-bill alignment and margin targets. Minimum 8–10 years in solar EPC sales, proven track record of multi‑MW deals, strong network, negotiation skills, and strategic leadership. MBA or technical degree preferred. Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and willingness to travel.
