Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative at SPARK Visa Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, social media and in person; managing appointments, follow-ups and updating customer records with interaction notes; and performing administrative tasks to support service delivery as directed.
