Job Description
Join us as an Operations Manager overseeing customer acquisition and BNPL programs. You will optimize acquisition funnels, manage onboarding, credit operations, fraud prevention, vendor partnerships, and campaign execution. Lead cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and improve processes using data-driven decisions. Requirements: 5+ years in operations or fintech, strong analytical and project management skills, experience with BNPL products, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
