Job Description
We seek Female Virtual Medical Assistants to support U.S. physician offices in Authorization: prior authorizations, medication refills, pharmacy follow-up, eligibility and benefits verification, billing/EMR data entry, referrals, appointment reminders, and professional communication. Must be female, have excellent English, basic U.S. medical billing/authorization knowledge, and be available for night shift (7 PM–4 AM) on-site full-time. Fresh graduates and experienced applicants welcome.
