Job Description
MTP seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Associate SQA Engineer to join our QA team. You will design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests, track defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps. Lead test planning, maintain test plans/cases/reports, improve QA practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior QA engineers. Required: Bachelor’s in CS or related, 4–6 years QA experience, strong QA methodologies, automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG), proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript, CI/CD experience (Jenkins/GitLab), REST API testing (Postman/REST Assured), excellent communication and problem-solving. Full-time, in person. Salary from Rs120,00/month.
