Job Description
Lead daily operations of the feed mill production team to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time manufacturing of animal feed. Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, monitor equipment performance, enforce quality control, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Require 3+ years in feed or manufacturing leadership, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of feed formulations and GMP, excellent communication, and ability to train and motivate teams.
