Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Sourcing & Development to lead supplier sourcing, product development, and cost optimization. The role partners with cross-functional teams to source materials, evaluate suppliers, and manage product lifecycle.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3+ years in sourcing or product development, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. Excellent communication and project management abilities required.
